Our issues started way before we started with 8.5. We were a an Exchange shop, then we migrate to Domino/Notes. When Outlook was remove the send me was still working. Then a MS update totally disable the feature and set outlook as the default email program.
We fixed the issues by re-installing outlook and resetting notes as the default email program. So re-installing fixed our issues and it is workig with 8.5 for 3400 users.
